The course will focus on the meal pattern for the Summer Food Service Program.  The goal of the program is provide a basic understanding of OVS for both breakfast and lunch in order to determine which meals are reimbursable.

This course will go over the 2020-2021 school year cashier back to school training.  It will cover the new changes and review existing cashiering procedures in a power point presentation. 

There is a required test that you must complete after you finish the power point presentation.

Learn the basics of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) in order to increase your food safety knowledge.

The allergen course will improve the knowledge of food allergies, how to manage food allergies in school food service, and learn about the specific allergen process for District 833.
